Suggested Donation Levels:

  • Patrons - $250 and up
  • Benefactors - $100 and up
  • Donors - $50 and up

Each and every contribution is valuable to Thalia Symphony:

  • $500 - Rents a hall for one performance
  • $400 - Rents a grand piano for a concert, or rents the music for a major composition for a rehearsal and concert cycle
  • $200 - Provides an honorarium for a soloist or harpist
  • $75 - Pays an honorarium for a string principal for one concert

Contributions also sustain three special honoraria funds:

  • The Mikael Scheremetiew Soloist Fund - Provides honoraria to our soloists for their services
  • The Stanley Chapple Concertmaster Fund - Ensures that the orchestra will retain a concertmaster of the highest musicianship and leadership
  • The Principal Fund - Attracts and maintains excellent for key sections of the orchestra
